Typical B&B. No one there to receive you. Just keys on the door. Not used to it...but it was ok It was ok for the night. Room spacious Close to the main Verona attractions

Perfect stay in the centre.
A lovely big and clean room in a great central area, perfect for a trip to the Arena. Check in was done on tge phone very easily. The room was superclean with quality toiletries in the bathroom. Coffee/tea facility is a nice extra. Convenience store just opposite. FABULOUS WI FI!!

The “room with ensuite” is located in a multistorey building. The check-in time on Expedia states 2pm but the manager/owner informed us it is a mistake and is actually 3pm. A general notice on the back of the room door states check-in as 3pm. We arrived at 1:30pm, expecting to check in at 2pm. There is no concierge or reception on site so we phoned the manager/property owner. We were granted access, remotely, to the building and the “lobby” area for the 2 rooms let out by this property owner and advised could wait in lobby. He said the cleaner would be attending to clean out the room for us and we would have the room at 3pm. He offered us the possibility to leave our luggage in the lobby area and come back later to collect the key from the cleaner. We did not feel confident to do this, since neither the main door to the building or the lobby area could be locked. Essentially, any random person off the street could walk into the building, take the stairs to the lobby, and help themself to left luggage. So we chose not to take this risk and waited for the cleaner. We stayed 1 night, and not once in the entire stay, was it possible to lock the door to the lobby or main door. Only secure place is the room. There are no written instructions, in any language, anywhere, how to lock either of these doors. This is a major fail! Single sheet on main bed, no other blankets/covers available to use, so chilly night, in summer. No UHT mik to have with the black tea available in room.

Camere paziose, pulite e in pieno centro!
Camere in pieno centro a Verona, molto ben tenute, spaziose e pulite. Il proprietario che non era presente al momento dell'arrivo, ha aperto telematicamente il portone e all'interno abbiamo trovato indicazioni e chiavi per accedere alla camera, con bagno incluso. Locali, negozi, bar e ristoranti tutti nelle immediate vicinanze. La struttura affaccia su una storica piazza di Verona. La famosa casa di Giulietta e piazza delle Erbe sono a due passi. Auto va lasciata a un centinaio di metri di distanza poiché le suites sono in ztl. Aggiungerei un frigobar se fossi il proprietario. Struttura consigliata.

lamentable
no puedo opinar de la estancia pero sí que puedo opinar sobre el trato recibido al intentar cancelar la reserva por covid19 y recibí respuesta tras otra sin dar opción a elegir otra fecha futura ni reembolso. volveremos a italia pero obviamente sin reservar a traves de hotels.com ni a este hotel.

Это двухкомнатные апартаменты в прекрасном месте, в сердце средневековой Вероны. Напротив - супермаркет, что хорошо. Комнаты сдаются отдельно, но соседей мы не слышали, хотя и видели двух девушек) Комната очень маленькая. Кровати удобные, для проживания с целью туризмам- самое оно!

Très bien situé, grande proximité du centre ville historique et cadre super. En revanche beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre, semaine difficile pour moi qui suis asthmatique... de plus pas de possibilité de fermer la chambre depuis l’intérieur, on ne se sent pas vraiment en sécurité ! Des voisins extrêmement bruyant avec des enfants (non pardon, des tanks!) plutôt mal isolé donc compliqué de se faire réveiller à 7h tous les jours par des hurlements d’enfants... séjour correct mais sans plus. En revanche Vérone est une ville incroyable et le point positif de cette chambre reste sa grande proximité avec tout.
