Great place
Great place to stay in Veracruz, adjacent to the shipping port and right on the Malecon. Service was excellent, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast buffet very good with a lots of choices. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Location, location, location and clean, clean, clean. It was great being able to walk out directly on the Malecón or to head straight to the La Parroquia cafe. Taxi service to the airport was handled efficiently. Some facilities are starting to show their age(not sure why the jacuzzi closes midday, but alright), but this is an amazing hotel if you’re staying in Veracruz.

I had to change rooms 2 times because the locks weren't working.. i didnt even get compensated with a free dinner at least and the the staff was rude.... i booked this hotel because it was convenient for me since it's located in the heart of veracruz .. but i will not go back ever again.. so disappointed
