Beautiful hotel with an amazing complimentary breakfast! Only downside was we didn’t have Air Conditioning due to the laws in Venice during this time of year, but that is not the hotel’s fault and they gave us a fan to help keep us cool! They also gave us a scent diffuser as a present on Halloween as well as chocolates on our pillow every morning! Very kind staff and overall an amazing experience!

The property was nice and well kept. Front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast staff was excellent. The only downside is we got a room on the first floor. People would be walking by and peeking into our room. With this came quite a bit of noise since there’s popular restaurants right around the corner.

Place was in a good location which was 10-15 mins away from the train and buses. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We went in October and the weather was cool but our room and the floor in general was extremely hot. Upon arrival they said they turn off the AC in this season and that we have a fan. Ive gotten more power from a desk fan. We tried to open the window the first night to try to cool down but that allowed in tons of bugs. Unfortunately this made the stay very difficult but other than that, would only recommend during the seasons they have the AC on.

This place was great overall Clean and the breakfast was off the wall. Great folks that run this are from the Philippines. Easy to communicate with for directions where you want to go. Plus a free tour the glass plant in Murano.

Très bel hôtel. Super déjeuner. Personnel amical. Nous avions oublié notre ordi et ils ont communiqué avec nous rapidement. Seul bémol est la moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain dans la douche.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here. The staff were very helpful with my gluten-free diet and welcoming, with good advice on getting around. There is a welcome glass of Prosecco in the evening too

An oasis of calm amongst the bustle of Venice. Charming, stylish hotel with extremely friendly staff and wonderful breakfast spread. Only 5 minutes walk from St Toma Vaparetto stop.

This was our second stay and it was just as nice as the first. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing! The room this year (106) was smaller than last year, but it had everything you needed and was clean and beautiful. The hotel has a great location, quiet but easy walking distance to all tourist spots and has some great restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel and hope to revisit again.
