This was a charming hotel, and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to get to from the train station. The furnishings were a bit dated, but they were all very well-functioning and clean. The linens were starched and scratchy. Otherwise, it was quite comfortable.

Great location, room needs better WIFI
The room was spacious for my family of four. Maybe changing the ladder to the upper bunk bed would be best because it was a bit difficult to climb on and off. The WIFI in the room was awful. It kept going on and off so many times that it was extremely difficult to utilize phones or a laptop. The WIFI was bad too when trying to watch TV as it kept going off line. The reception service was great. Very friendly from all individuals who assisted us. The location was great. Close to many shops and restaurants and a short walk from the St. Lucia train station.

Great little hotel, ideal for the solo traveller
Great little hotel in an ideal location, just the job for my trip recently. The staff were all very friendly & helpful & the service was excellent. The room wasn't large, but it was a single, & was more than sufficient for my needs. I would happily stay here again if I come back to Venice in the future!

We loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was small, but had everything we needed. Convenient to the train and a park right behind the hotel for kids to play.
