Great stay, room clean, reception team very helpful, stayed for three days , with half board rate, but the dining is only from menu not open buffet only this my observation, but hotel location is great near to airport 10 minutes, near to Venice and grand canal for 5 minutes, area accessible and easy to move, I have my rental car, the is free parking with limited space in front hotel, and but station is in front of the hotel as well, rate little expensive but I like my stay

Perfect location!
This place was great. Very clean and up to date. Breakfast was good too. The location was even better. It’s right on the bus line #5 which is about 10 min to Venice! Very convenient!! I would also suggest to purchase a bus day pass ( or 2-7 days), as it works in Venice for the water busses as well. The staff is very kind and would stay there again when visiting

Largely fine
Nothing overtly wrong with the place, just a bit tired and in need of some renovations. The staff were friendly and helpful, lots of American tourists stay here and seem perplexed a lot of the time by how things work, overheard some conversations where guests were getting irrate due to them not understanding but the staff remained calm and friendly inspite of the curtness. The room itself was large and comfortable but the patio I had hadn't been cleaned, but pile of cigarettes ends in the ashtray which was slightly off-putting. The bathroom too, albeit clean was tired and where water had ingressed into the joinery it had blown the skirting, looked a bit naff. I had a meal at the restaurant, it came worryingly fast so I expect it was prepared. I had a beef chop starter that tasted great but the centre was frozen. The rest was fine and the service was acceptable. I probably wouldn't stay again, just a bit pricey for the experience.
