The staff was excellent to deal with. We were able to get our room a bit early which was very convenient. The location is great-walkable to all the key places in Venice. There was a grocery store less that was 2 minutes away. The place was clean and included a stack of folded towels and slippers for all guests. There were a few snacks available to eat as well.

Modern, cool, clean, and walking distance to grocery, shopping, dining & laundry mat. Front desk & housekeeping are outstanding as well. Front desk let us leave our backpacks so we can walk around St. Mark’s Square while we wait for check in. Love that we had out own relaxing rooftop where we go at night to watch the stars.

We loved the interior design of this room especially the loft which has a full size bed. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom looked new and well-kept. There were several power sockets all over the facility. As far as accessibility they are 4 minutes walk to and from the water bus which is one of the few means of transportation available. Will recommend this place to friends and family.

Room was quiet, perfect for my needs. Air conditioning wasn't an option, and the room got really warm. Other than that, had a fantastic time.

Really enjoyed our stay, a lovely central part of the city but still quite quiet. Only a 15 minute walk to St Marks Square. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come here again if we were visiting again
