We were absolutely blown away by this property. Not only was it a practically perfect location being a relaxing 10 minute walk from some of the best places, but it was spacious and beautiful! The room was everything we could have wanted for our city break and made our holiday even better knowing we were coming back to somewhere we enjoyed being. We spent time on the terrace and had plenty of room to unpack and hang our belongings. I would not only recommend this place but would happily stay here again if we returned to Venice!

Great property with a large main room & terrace
Great property with a large main room and a terrace. Very quiet and secluded, away from the major tourist areas - but walking distance to dining and shopping. Also, a 5 min walk from the Fte Nuove boat dock, which is how we traveled to/from the airport and to Murano. The staff (at nearby Hotel Cadoro where we checked in) were very friendly and had many helpful tips and dining recommendations. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and hope to return someday soon. Grazi!

Love this place!
This place is amazing! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to a multitude of places, including a supermarket and a cafe around the corner that serves great cappuccino. The women at the front desk were super friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again,!

What I loved about this hotel was its cleanliness and beautiful design. The room had a minimalist and modern vibe, featuring a loft-style bed with stairs—such a unique touch! The garden added a nice bit of greenery, and thankfully, the air conditioning was perfect for the hot Venetian weather. My family and I really enjoyed our stay; we absolutely loved the room! We actually took a video of it and posted it on my instagram:)

The staff was excellent to deal with. We were able to get our room a bit early which was very convenient. The location is great-walkable to all the key places in Venice. There was a grocery store less that was 2 minutes away. The place was clean and included a stack of folded towels and slippers for all guests. There were a few snacks available to eat as well.

Modern, cool, clean, and walking distance to grocery, shopping, dining & laundry mat. Front desk & housekeeping are outstanding as well. Front desk let us leave our backpacks so we can walk around St. Mark’s Square while we wait for check in. Love that we had out own relaxing rooftop where we go at night to watch the stars.
