Hotel was good location. The only fault is the windows should be double glazed so that the garbage can noise is not disturbing you from 5am in the morning which made our sleep terrible afterwards. Did complain but rooms offered otherwise were smaller and stuffy so staying in original room. Service at front desk by young lady was excellent she showed us rooms before we decided to take. Locstion was excellent fir walking in Venice to major attractions restaurants and bars.

I like how we took a water taxi from the canal behind the hotel straight Marco Polo airport. The boat was very nice and so was the service. The hotel helped book it

The location, staff, room and breakfast was really good. If I have mention something is the shower/tub in my room with no curtains or door which made the bathroom floor all wet and the faucet to fill the tube I’m the middle and every time I stepped back I ended up hitting it. Other than that everything was really good. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed staying at this palace. The rooms are nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable. Huge bath tub and great water pressure. There is no shower curtain so the floor gets a good size puddle when taking a shower. First room we had was 112. It was noisy in the early morning when they take out the trash. Second room we had was 259 and it was much quieter in the morning but a little noisy with the people talking on the foot path. Breakfast was very good. The proximity to San Marcos square is great. Close but relatively easy walk.

Excellent service and location for our first visit to Venice. Be warned if you accept the free taxi trip to Murano you will be swept off on arrival to a factory glass making tour and hard sell on buying something, pretty expensive items too!

Great location. Hotel has very good breakfast. The Palace Bonvecchiati did not have a restaurant or bar. The Hotel Bovecchiati did. But the Palace is a couple of blocks away. The Palace doesn't face the canals. Our room faced the alley way and trash containers. This was a disappointment.
