The people were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was easily the best free breakfast ever at any hotel. I would suggest making the muffins half the size because, while they were AMAZING, I couldn’t finish a whole one. I’d rather have gotten 2 minis and not felt like I wasted food. They had real orange juice! With pulp. Not watered someone waved an orange at. The facility was an older one and on the small side, but it was clean and the people were great. Try Harold’s for food if you need a bite. I had chicken noodle soup, my son had alfredo, and my husband had butter chicken - such a wide variety and every bite was great.

Breakfast area is quite small and therfore crowded. The hotel is not at the airport, it's a 15 minute taxi drive away. It's fine for a short stay near the airport, but not convenient for Vancouver tourism.

My only (small) criticism would the single-use shrinkwrap plastic around the (disposable) cups provided; this is banned in Victoria - why not here? And it was difficult to open

The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We had to leave the hotel to get to the airport before breakfast started. The staff bagged us some muffins and coffee to go. We really appreciate them doing this for us.

Towels where left from a previous guest in the washroom not cleaned. It was a place to stay for a night after our flight was canceled. Without a car not alot to do or many dining options. Would choose something else next time. If the hotel was cheap would be an option but felt we way over paid for what we got. Bed was comfy tho.

It’s an older hotel that has been renovated and has new owners, I think. The staff members were excellent! The room was large and roomy. Nice view of trees from our room. Beautiful nature park just beyond those, but not visible from room. Underground parking was very secure. Delicious free breakfast. Reasonably priced hotel for the area. Great restaurant across the street. Close to the airport, but not so close you see and hear the planes overhead.
