We arrived early, and they treated us like family. They allowed us to check in around 9:30 in the morning, and we settled into our room shortly after. The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and luxurious, located in the heart of the city within walking distance of everything.

The hotel was excellent The staff at checkin seemed overly busy when we arrived and were less friendly than we expected. However , we will most likely still stay at the hotel on our next visit to Vancouver

It’s a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms located in the heart of the city. The concierge was able to arrange a beautiful set of flowers for me but it cost more than they said it would. Guest services was quite slow and room service was adequate but not excellent. Gym and pool area really needs an update.

My second time staying at this hotel. This time with girlfriends. Great location and decor is nice. The beds are a little too firm for me, but still a great night. Enjoyed happy hour at the Boulevard restaurant.

Great location, was able to walk to shop and to eat. Very nice hotel enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi every night. Very helpful staff, listed to my request , made my daughter stay special.
