The property was nice, clean and unique artistic. However, the room was very cold and I could not adjust the temperature to get heater running instead of cold air coming from the vent. I paid for 2 nights and stayed only one. The area felt quite unsafe, as well.

Room was spaceous and nicely decorated with indigenous art. Friendly and helpful staff, nice facilities, comfy bed, conveniently located to transport and walkable distance to town - enjoyed our stay! Free savories and coffee from an indigenous brand were nice and expected - gave a great start into the day. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a troubled neighbourhood, which can make you feel unease, especially at night. Nonetheless, would stay again.

The staff were very nice, the property itself was really nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the area in which the hotel is located. I did not feel safe walking back after the concert. This however is no fault of the hotel. I did not realize the area it was in, therefore my fault.
