The suite we rented was very outdated. It look and feel dingy. The carpet was damp. The room was dark. The room setup was just plain weird. Why was the closet in the bathroom? The washroom sink area did not have towel racks, the toilet and tub area was in a separate room and did not have wall hooks or a small table to put your clothes on. You have to put your clothes on the toilet. That was the only private area to get dress in. The room description and photo should be clear that the suite was a one room suite. The saving grace were staff was pleasant and our stay was short.

This hotel is like a maze and elevator is very old.They put us on a room with a portable AC, and did not feel safe at all because we cant lock the patio door due to the portable AC, they said that it is safe but we are staying with a toddler. I asked them to move us to a better room and was told there is none and told us that we can lock it if they want us to remove the portable AC. We asked to speak with the manager and offer us room next door and moved there. The room is way better with AC working but a little loud, you can hear the exhaust off and on from the other room. This hotel is a little expensive than other. The room is not as we expected from the picture and very different in-person.Not very satisfied with the experience here.Pool is good if you have kids and they will enjoy the slide pool.

Check in staff is very friendly. Room is clean but can use more lights. Not liking to be on 2nd floor (highest floor) as the parking lot can look into your room. The hotel is in fine condition except the brown color theme makes the place looks dark esp. for the NW, we just need lighter color. Walking from room to the lobby is quite a way. Room can use a better coffee, I just don't like dark roast.

Overall Satisfied with the Environment, But Very Disappointed with the Service I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall environment and facilities to be satisfactory. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. When I arrived in my room, I noticed there were no bottled water provided. After contacting the front desk, I was informed that normally there should be two bottles of water in the room. I requested that they bring up the missing bottles, and although they assured me they would, no action was taken. Similarly, I called the front desk to request a comb. They told me they would send one up shortly. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called the front desk again, but despite trying four times, no one answered. Finally, I went down to the front desk myself, and after checking their messages, the staff informed me that they were out of stock. It's quite shocking that a four-star hotel doesn't have something as basic as a comb available. What’s worse, the system failed so badly that I had to follow up myself to get an answer! This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel can improve its service management to meet the expectations of its guests.
