The suite location is great. The parking is right outside of my window, almost like private parking and nobody drive or walk by. There are also plenty of tablewares.

Great place to stay
We stayed here on a trip to Vancouver. It was great. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was in good condition. The waterslide was great for the kids. Given the cost to Uber to the city, it's very reasonable to stay here and Uber back and forth given the cost savings from hotels downtown. We really enjoyed Chop as well. Would stay here again.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The manger I dealt with when I was there was exceptional he was accommodating me o every thing I needed for my stay. I had to leave very early the morning I checked out and forgot my son’s gold chain that has sentimental value. I called and talked to him and he went right up to my room and got the chain. I can’t say that everyone would have done that and been honest about it. You are a gem and thankful for you!!! So impressed and I’m not easy to impress lol. Stay here if you want quality service and genuine people.

The front desk employees wear great to deal with. On the other hand our room did not smell great. Unfortunately there was also black mold in the shower.

Room was pretty clean but has an old kind of smell. Parking was okay but not enough parking. Took about 45 minutes just looking for parking. The walls are pretty think and can hear kids running through the hallways and playing around.

The rooms are clean(ish), and spacious. There were leftovers in the fridge from the previous guest which made me wonder how well the room was cleaned. The layout of this hotel is terrible. It's like walking through a labyrinth. Getting to the restaurant involved 7 turns and a door to the outside parking lot. In an emergency this hotel would be a nightmare to navigate. The check-in clerk was cold and seemed like she's rather be anywhere else.

The hotel/room was nice enough…dated and complicated. The hallways are a maze and not clearly designated. They were also very hot. We could not cool off without opening the patio door (Nov) and it was pouring rain. I asked for room cleaning and restock (5 day stay)..bathroom and trash cans were emptied…bed left unmade/unchanged…disappointed. Also, the hot tub was barely tepid with minimal jets.
