They had a water issue that we had no water and where poor about communicating about it and knowing what the issue was . I could not shower 1 day for hours after I woke up and the front desk was not helpful

Nice property in good location. Room was too cold even though we set the temp at 30c. My friends that checked into their room at the same time were offered free access to the hospitality room with continental breakfast but i was not. Strange because i paid more for our room then they did. My wife was disappointed that there were no slippers in the room like most properties at this level. Cant say i would not stay there again but will probably check other options first.
