I always appreciate the friendliness of staff and the property manager Kami! The only complaint I have is this past stay, I requested that the room be cleaned, but they only made the beds, and replaced the towels, but didn't sweep the floor or clean the bathroom like during previous stays. Other than that, I always enjoy my "winter breaks" staying at this location.

Friendly customer service. Breakfast offered variey of pastries and was sufficient. Beds were comfortable, location is in close proximity of touristic attractions. Overall, the hotel accommodation was satisfactory.

Loved that it wasn’t too far from downtown and has a bus stop right next to it! Could leave your room and be at the bus stop in a few seconds close which was super convenient. There’s also a cute restaurant/market across the street that has amazing food. The breakfast was pretty varied and had outdoor seating that was covered and had several heat lamps to keep you warm (and your food as an added bonus). Everything was good overall!!

Had a good sleep staff was great, will stay again. Was a quick Uber to Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal so was a late night from the airport with an international flight but the gentleman still met us at the door with a smile and a sense of humour and had us in our room quickly.
