The room was way too small..even not a proper blanket just a sheet..that too in winter ..no facilities provided..not even any cutlery nor oven..not worth the money at all.

The front desk staff was absolutely great and helpful. They answered all my questions on time, always had an answer for my touristy queries and the likes. Even allowed me to leave my luggage while I go out to get something after checking out. So nice, definitely will be staying here again soon.

Took the mini room as I was on my own. It was comfortable, clean, hot shower. It was perfectly adequate without being fancy. I was there on a Monday night and up early, so it was quite. It might be noisy on the weekends.

You can walk to shops and restaurants. Grocery store close by. Coffee shops close by. Parking is an extra fee in a next building. We didn't mind that. Good stay!

Location is excellent for easy walking access all around downtown and the staff was very friendly and customer service was excellent. The room cleanliness was average. However, our room furnishings/fixtures were dated and worn, but bed was comfortable. A few drawbacks, Our fridge seemed to be on the blink, the hair dryer didn’t work, one thin blanket on the bed and an old musty smell was unpleasant. I probably would have changed hotels due to that odour, but it was T Swift weekend and there was nothing else available. Our bathroom was not renovated like the website photos so I’m sure there must be some old water damage causing that odour that once renovated could be removed.

My first experience here was very nice. Comfortable and nicely designed room. Very friendly and professional staff. Central location and a good setup for parking. Only concern was noise on one of two nights.

I called to see if I could do an early check in and they were incredibly accommodating and kind. The check in was quick and straightforward and the worker at the desks were so polite and friendly. Every-time we entered the lobby they would press the elevator button for us before we got to it. That is the first time I have ever had that type of service before. Very lovely place.
