Stayed there numerous times and I’ve had great service every time the hotel is always spotless. Doesn’t matter where you go in it. The staff are very friendly and it is convenient within walking distance of BC place and Rogers place.

From arrival with the doorman to front desk check in to restaurants, to the centrality to what we needed this hotel is unmatched for friendly attentive service. The room was clean, modern and a beautiful view. The breakfast restaurant, Honey Salt, was spacious and had a great menu and service. The Victor restaurant on the 5th floor was an incredible dining experience made even better by the suggestions of our incredible server Christopher. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Like - clean, functional, new Slightly sad - Nothing extra special despite JW Check-in at front reception: very nice and amazing ; later on last day sloppier staff and duty manager, Saurabh had to jump in to fix a slight issue I had. But for him, I would have wasted a lot of time.
