Poor sound proofing
Hotel was reasonable and appreciated that parking was included. The sound proofing tho is terrible and could hear multiple rooms who were very noisy and disturbed sleep significantly.

It is a blue gem in the downtown area! Walkable distance to gastown, Stadium-Chinatown station of Expo line, T&T market, and lots of food options around. The staffs are great and helpful. 24hr front desk service. They have a texting system that allows you communicate through your phone. The room was clean and neat. Some minor things such as Netflix was not able to stay connected even though the TV was big; room was quiet most the nights but occasionally hallway noises comes through if you are staying close to the elevator. The hot tub was nice and hot and I appreciate they have sauna room. The swimming pool was a bit small but would probably satisfy family with kids. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for the convenience for transportation and great staffs!

Highly recommend stay with them
It was a good time staying there. Pros: Location is very convenient for everything and room was clean, most of employees there was very friendly and helpful. My check out receptionist (her name is Janicee maybe I cant remember correctly) was super friendly and nice. Amazing customer service attitude. Cons: - Got little hard time for check in as my Koho card wasn't accept in hotel, the first receptionist I meet for check in process wasn't very friendly. She is not grumpy at all but sadly she doesn't really give a welcoming vibe. - Room was good but the microwave and fridge sounds noisy and definitely not normal. Phone screen doesn't work too so I have to go myself to see front desk seeking help. Good thing front desk lady at night shift was super friendly and also technician that help us to unplugged fridge to stop the noise. Phone screen still not get fixed but at least I dont need to use it though. There is just couple issues but none of them is big deal as they got fixed fast. Definitely we will come back and stay again when we come Vancouver.
