Overall nice experience. Cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable (3 long black head hairs in the tub). Did not like that I had to sign up for a loyalty account to access the wifi. We tried to register but the system didnt work. Check in service was extremely slow. Staff blamed a new software system (I dont know if I believe it.) Staff was friendly and the guests that I spoke to were in good spirits.
