Avoid Avoid Avoid! Dirty room, falling apart. Fridge was so loud had to unplug it. TV didn’t work. Front desk Refused to switch rooms until they sent someone to look at. 40 mins later and multiple calls they sent a shuttle driver who was baffled at why he was sent. Finally switched rooms at nearly midnight after along travel day wanting to wind down with a movie. Fridge super loud and old: The New Room was just as gross: When you used the taps or toilet the pipes in the wall shook violently and made a god awful noise. No one gave us directions to our room, just told on second floor in another building. walked to other building took elevator to second floor. our room was nowhere to found. apparently there is another end of the hotel with a separate 2nd floor with a completely different elevator and poor signage. elevators needed your key to use, so leaving your room without the key while your family is in the room is a no go, the elevator won’t work. Same with ordering delivery, you have to meet them at the front desk. Our room was labelled a Queen suite. The bed was a Double bed, all the amenities you expect in a suite were either broken or disgusting. Also was $170. Many better options all around the airport for less. Possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in for many years. 0/10
