Very poor breakfast
Nice comfortable room. But the breakfast was not as advertised. Only carbs. Asked about proteins ( eggs, sausage or bacon ). They said they only serve these items every other day. I was unlucky and fell on one of those days. I’m on a zero carb diet, so breakfast was a wash for me. I guess the hotel values saving money over serving their customers. Sad. Bad business decision.

I was quite impressed with the service at Days Inn YVR. The reception staff were friendly and professional when I arrived earlier than the check-in time. They kindly asked me to wait in the lobby until my room was ready. The room I stayed in was very nice—clean, quiet, and spacious. Additionally, they had plenty of parking spots. The location was convenient, close to many stores, malls, restaurants, and other amenities. The shuttle bus service was also very convenient, as they arranged it for me in advance. All in all, it was a pleasant experience staying at Days Inn, especially compared to other hotels I stayed at during this trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Vancouver.

Despite advertising airport shuttle service, it wasn't available for us when we needed to go back to the airport because they didnt have anyone to pick up at the time we needed to go so we had to arrange our own transportation to the airport.

Very basic hotel. Shuttle to airport convenient, internet connectivity poor and had to keep reconnecting every 20-30 seconds while using. Staff very friendly.

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. This is a basic hotel with basic facilities but everything is exceptionally clean. Breakfast and hotel shuttle to airport are included, which are valuable extras.

A part of the mattress spring or a nail ised to fixed the mattress spring in the bed poked me as I was getting out of the bed right, showed pictures of the spring/nail and my blood to the front desk, they apologized for the inconvenience but did not deny not knowing about it, few days have passed now and the pain has been getting worse and now its swollen as well, will not be staying at any days inn ever again.
