Over all the staff was good. However, the room they gave me was on the first floor on the Main Street. Very noisy. When i asked to move me, they just had maintence come spray some liquid on the AC . Then the TV Remote did not work and of course, they did not have another. Not a location to stay at if you want to rest

Excellent hotel in a great location with friendly.
Lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping were wonderful they even serviced our room late one afternoon because we slept in . Valencia is easy to get about especially from this hotel . Just ask the front of house staff and they will get you there .

Great hotel, staff, location. We stayed 3 nights, but on the first day, we found that the aircon didn’t work. They didn’t have another room available, so we had to sweat it out(June). It wasn’t super hot, but with the balcony doors open for air, there’s a lot of noise till 2am, so no sleep. We were moved to a similar room the next day, but lost the balcony. Staff did what they could, and discounted our stay slightly. Overall, I recommend enthusiastically.

We couldn't fault the staff they were so kind and helpful. The lobby area and bar/restaurant were beautiful. Can't comment on the food as we didn't use the restaurant. Our room although pleasant and large with outside terrace was in need of some maintenance,certainly not worthy of 4stars. Unfortunately we were next-door to the maid's cupboard and had a large terrace above us so noise was also an issue early morning and evening. For a short break this hotel is great
