Overall we enjoyed our stay, which was for 7 days. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and mostly helpful. A few amenities like the kettle were a little worn but not bad. The roof terrace was nice to have although we didnā€™t get to use the sauna as you need to inform the staff ahead of time to use it. Location-wise the hotel was next to a busy road, but equally a quick walk to Valenciaā€™s park and old town, which was very convenient. Itā€™s a shame there werenā€™t many vegan options in the restaurant, which seemed to literally be a plate of grilled vegetables (a vegan burger was available from the hotel bar, though). The breakfast was absurdly expensive being around ā‚¬18 each per day (you can get it cheaper by booking in advance, but then you have to book for all days of your stay, which we didnā€™t want to do). Iā€™d recommend this hotel but Iā€™d make sure you weigh up its location with what you want to do and see in the city.

Mixed feelings!
We are family of three and stayed in the hotel for 3 nights as part of our Spain trip. Location: Decent location, Turia park is close but otherwise just a couple of restaurants and nothing else. Most of the neighborhood was closed and deserted. Room: It was a bit old, for some reason the room felt hot, and calustrophobic even when kept thermostat at 15 Deg C. Hotel overall: it's a bit old building, staff is a bit odd and rude, any requests made was a 'No' e.g. Hotel has a policy of not warming any food, with a small kid it's bit challenging, asked for an iron box and next day it was gone. Breakfast was decent. Overall stay was not comfortable, we stayed in NH collection Euro building in Madrid right before this and that was an exceptional stay so made me wonder how the same brand could have such a different experience.

The gym left a bit to be desired, but was ok. The pool was nice, and the terrrace bar/restaurant was great. Pretty good breakfast as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It had triple room which are scarce in Europe. It was clean and staff was very helpful. It is located right next to the bus station but you do not hear any noise
