Cuando llegamos a la habitación el agua caliente no servía, nos hicieron esperar aproximadamente 2 horas en que lo arreglaban a pesar que se solicitó un cambio de habitación. Ademas, uno de los dias el AC no servia y te increpan cuando novas a la hora que mencionantes en el desayuno.

Great place to stay in Valencia

Very friendly hotel in great location in the centre of the old town close to main square. The lovely receptionist Elisa gave us great advice for exploring on arrival for our long weekend break. Wacky, fun and very spacious themed rooms, air con and coffee machine plus small fridge in room Rituals shower, hair, hand body lotion provided. Very large comfy bed and although our bedroom with balcony looked over the main street it was very quiet at night. We would book again.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating when we had an AC situation. They solved the problem and went out of their way. The breakfast was good. Many options. I would definitely stay there again because we were well taken cared of and the location was great. Shout out to the staff. Best ppl ever!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Legado Magdalena, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's elegant decor and charming ambiance immediately set the tone for a delightful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed with modern amenities. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a vibrant area with easy access to Sevilla's main attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet retreat. One of the highlights was the exceptional dining experience. The hotel's restaurant serves exquisite dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. Breakfast each morning was a particular treat, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, Hotel Legado Magdalena exceeded my expectations in every way. Nice and convenient in Valencia

GREAT location, nice folks, solid and plentiful breakfast, and comfy rooms. A bit worn around the edges, but clean and perfectly fine. Felt a bit more expensive than it should have been, but would stay again and will not book via this service. DEF did not get the best price. That's hotels.com issue, not this nice hotel's.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to many of Valencia’s top attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being centrally located, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.
