Overall Chalet Izia is a great apartment building but there are some issues Ski out but exit steps from boot room were quite hazardous as you had to navigate up a sharp incline of uneven snow with no handrail as this ended further down the metal steps that were partially buried and this was difficult in ski boots with equipment avoiding the corner stone jutting out from the building. Boot room incredibly hot. Chalet room too hot, We turned off our heating/radiators but the underfloor heating remained on out of our control...which we resolved by opening patio door wide, but whilst asleep this isn't safe so when you open bedroom window, curtains let in security lighting in room and then noise from people returning late in the evening followed by piste basher traffic right outside room so no quality sleep which then ruins following days skiing as tired for a energetic days activity.
