The stylishly furnished Mittertenn holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of the Albererhof in Übersee. The historic building dates back to 1767 and was lovingly renovated in 2018 by the current owners while preserving historic details. The flat has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a fireplace & satellite TV.

The accommodation also has a beautiful, spacious south-facing balcony with mountain views, which creates a quaint atmosphere thanks to the wooden façade of the courtyard. Have a delicious breakfast here in the morning sun while looking out over the fantastic mountains.

The house is in an absolutely quiet location in the centre of Übersee and shops for daily needs as well as public transport (train, bus) are within walking distance. A selection of restaurants, cafés and bars as well as a supermarket are also within walking distance. The lido Übersee is 4.8 km away. Here you will also find a wonderful beach bar with a soft sandy beach and delicious food and drink stands. Take a trip to the Hochplattenbahn in Marquartstein (11 km), where you can admire a fantastic panoramic view from the summit.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. Children from the age of 8 are welcome. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Bicycles can be stored.
