Some rates at Kihaa Maldives are all-inclusive. These rates include on-site meals and beverages, and may include taxes and gratuities. Step outside to feel the sun on your face and the sand in your toes on the white sand beach. Enjoy the umbrellas and sunloungers for a relaxing day at the beach. At Kihaa Maldives, pamper yourself with a treatment at the full-service spa or have fun in the sun with activities such as snorkelling and sailing. There are 2 restaurants on site, along with a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 2 bars/lounges, a beach bar and a poolside bar. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. This luxury resort also offers an outdoor pool, a children's pool and outdoor tennis courts. This 5-star Kihaadhuffaru Island resort is smoke free.

Kihaa Maldives offers 124 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars (stocked with some free items) and minibars. Beds feature down duvets. 42-inch flat-screen televisions come with satellite channels. Bathrooms include baths or showers with a rainfall showerhead, dressing gowns, slippers and bidets. This Kihaadhuffaru Island resort provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, laptop-compatible safes and telephones. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and coffee/tea makers. In-room massages and an iron/ironing board can be requested. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis.
Maalafaiy – Overlooking the ocean, this buffet restaurant specialises in international cuisine and only serves light fare. Guests can order drinks at the bar and enjoy al fresco dining (weather permitting). A children's menu is available.
Steak Haws – This poolside steakhouse specialises in Fusion cuisine and only serves dinner. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining (weather permitting). Reservations are required. Open daily.
Udhoali – This beachfront bar specialises in international cuisine and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and light fare. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining (weather permitting). A children's menu is available. Open daily.
Raveriya – This beachfront bar only serves light fare. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining (weather permitting). Open daily.
Late-night fare is available from room service (during limited hours).
A private beach and 2 outdoor tennis courts are featured at the resort. An outdoor pool and a children's pool are on site. Other recreational amenities include a sauna and a fitness centre.

K-Spa has 6 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa. Other services include hot stone massages, Swedish massages and Thai massages. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub and a steam room. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy. Guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Guests must transfer via aeroplane and boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30-minutes via a flight to Dharavandhoo domestic airport, and then 5-minutes by speedboat to the resort. Resort staff are on-site at Male airport to assist with transfers. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airways or Manta Air. Domestic transfers can only be accommodated for guests arriving on international flights to Male between 9 AM and 10 PM. Guests arriving to Male outside of these hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male until services resume. Transfer fees are collected at booking, and there are no fees for children under 2 years.
