I was thoroughly surprised upon arrival. Pannarai is mostly quiet. Decor is pleasant with subtlety... All staff were helpful! I will definitely recommend to friends for future travels!!

Overall an average hotel with average amenities and close to the Central Plaza mall. Transportation not great at all especially at night. No taxi service anytime of day!Hotel staff not helpful in arranging transportation.

Stayed for 18 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable with housekeeping every day. Good location, only 5 minute walk to Central Plaza. Loads of bars and places to eat. Hotel has excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, and good affordable restaurant if you don’t want to eat out. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in Udon Thani.
