LJ Hooker Kingscliff welcomes you to The Point. A pet friendly holiday home in absolute prime position, overlooking the gorgeous beach and creek.

Boasting panoramic water views from the moment you walk through the front door, this holiday home has plenty to offer you.

The open plan living area features a lounge suite, 10 seater dining table, and wall to wall windows with an unobstructed 280 degree view of the ocean & creek. There is a second living space off this area with another lounge setting and television.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with a double dishwasher, gas cooktop, large oven, fridge, breakfast bar and ample bench space.

You will love the spaciousness of the wrap around balcony which is perfect for enjoying a meal whilst watching roll in from the ocean.

Bedroom 1 is very spacious &features a King size bed, ceiling fan, built in robe and views of the ocean.
Bedroom 2 is perfect for kids and consists of a Tri bunk, bunk bed, built in robe, ceiling fan + kids lounges.
Bedroom 3 includes a King size bed, ceiling fan, built in robe.
There is another room with a pull out sofa bed.

Pottsville is a charming family-oriented coastal town set at the mouth of Mooball creek.
The local creeks and beaches are ideal for kayaking, fishing, and swimming, and boast a large variety of Australian wildlife. Explore the many walking tracks and nature reserves and try your luck at spotting the koalas that call this area home. The community comes together for local Sunday markets on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, located down the main street which also hosts a local IGA and several family-owned businesses.
