Highly recommend

The condo is clean and thoughtfully appointed. In fact, I have never had a host so thoroughly stock a rental with potentially useful items. An example: the little screw on my reading glasses was working itself loose. I investigated the kitchen drawer for something that might be used to tighten it and not only found something, but also found a spare pair of reading glasses I could use to SEE what I was doing. The host has chosen furniture that is higher end than at most rentals. The condo complex is very quiet; it does not get much road or traffic noise. The sunrise is visible off to the left out the windows if one sits in exactly the right spot on the couch. The one-mile distance up Kolb to the supermarket Bashas’ has a paved sidewalk, making it walkable. It is a 2.13 mile walk to the entrance of Sabino Canyon (not one mile as another person said). The first mile, along Snyder Road, is a bit treacherous since all you have is the gravel shoulder. But the second half along Sabino Canyon Road has a nice path away from the traffic. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location and well appointed

Had a great stay so my only complaint is minor. The beds were too soft for my liking. The built-in inside shutters on each and every window were fabulous for darkening all the rooms except the master bedroom as that has a sliding glass door onto the balcony. The curtain there worked well.

Winter stay 2022

We enjoyed our 2 months at Quail Canyon. The condo is lovely, very quiet, comfortably furnished, and well-stocked. We loved the proximity to Sabino Canyon, which we visited nearly every day. The heated pool was also a great feature! The owners were responsive, generous, and very helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. We highly recommend!

Wonderful Location, Well Equipped Condo

We loved everything about our stay. The communication with the host was seamless and friendly. The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could want. Even the knives were sharp! The nights are quiet, with no road noise. The condo is only about 1 mile from Sabino Canyon and since we had a national pass, we'd start the day with a hike. Right up Kolb Road there are some good restaurants but it's only about 4 miles into the heart of Tucson if that's what you're ;up for. We highly recommend this place.
