The hotel was nice and clean, however I was charged twice for my room. I paid Expedia the cost of the hotel, yet it seems Expedia did not send this money onto the hotel, who then charged me for my room, so I have been overcharged. I am trying to rectify this but no-one seems to want to help me. Absolute terrible service from both Expedia and the hotel.

The hotel was a beautiful hotel. It was directly across the street from a gorgeous catholic church. The breakfast was very nice and clean. The hotel and parking area made you feel safe.

I really like this hotel. I wanted something that my boyfriend and I could enjoy for one night and this was perfect. It was close to Downtown Tucson. The pool was a little bit shallow, but the it was clean and the view was pretty. Would recommend.

Pretty much brick and mortar, no green space. The room was comfortable and quiet, nice and cool. Comfortable bedding. The Latina that checked us in had zero personality and was very curt. She won't be there long and didn't ruin our trip nonetheless. The parking situation is dicey, the garage was full when we returned from dinner and had to park 2 blocks away. 20 bucks for parking is absurd. money grab.

not the best .
this hotel has room set up with gym equipment inside the room ...horrible if your next to one of these as you can hear weights being dropped ...sounds like wrecking ball coming thru ceiling and walls. the beds are not super comfortable as we also had stayed at MY PLACE HOTEL the night before and their beds are absolutely prefect. the free breakfast is free for a reason watery scrambled eggs see thru bacon and an empty "sandwich station " all three mornings ...Definitely will try a different hotel the next time we are visiting our daugther. also as a hitlon rewards member there are no perks that came with staying here ..no cookies at check in no free waters no free parking ...

Hotel recommendation
The continental breakfast was excellent. The pool deck was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent if you wanted to enjoy downtown Tucson within walking distance. However, the room key only worked in the parking garage the first day. Had to utilize the call for help button to go in and out for the remainder of the stay. Not as significant problem. I would recommend this hotel.

I was caught off guard at check in. The person helping me didn't really say much. Just asked for ID and credit card and handed me the room key. I had to ask where to park and how to get to my room. It was 4th of July and during check in I was told we had to have wristbands for the pool. The pool was so packed and half the people in there did not have wristbands. Overall the room, hotel and location were nice.
