I loved this property, The gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, I later contacted the front desk because I needed more closet hangers, but none were ever delivered. On another date I asked for housekeeping and young lady at the front desk seemed a bit annoyed, asking me, "didn't you receive Housekeeping yesterday?" and telling her no, she then informed me that she would let housekeeping know. I never received housekeeping upon my request. I would stay at this property again; I understand that customer service is something that may need to be worked on with an inexperienced staff.

Was in town for a show at the Fox theater. Was an easy walk to and from the show to the hotel. We also found a great restaurant right next to the theater. Worked out perfectly. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed.

It was fine for what we needed. Walls in the room were scuffed up and dirty, thing were clean but details were not a priority. build up in the corner of the showers, but that is me being picky. Secure parking is a must for us and it was definitely secure and gated. Check in was difficult, one of the rooms was not ready and at first they could not find my second room reservation and said hotels.com/expedia "must have messed up" so I would have to pay for a 3rd room, even though my receipt showed payment for two rooms. It was resolved when we discovered the additional name on the room was the main name on the reservation. It seems like there's a gap in communication between the booking site and the hotel. I usually book directly with the hotel, but in this case it was cheaper through hotels.com.

Stayed one night for a concert at the Rialto. Local restaurant ( Miss Saigon” ) was excellent. Walk to the Rialto was about a 10min walk. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast included with stay was good. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was nice and clean, however I was charged twice for my room. I paid Expedia the cost of the hotel, yet it seems Expedia did not send this money onto the hotel, who then charged me for my room, so I have been overcharged. I am trying to rectify this but no-one seems to want to help me. Absolute terrible service from both Expedia and the hotel.

The hotel was a beautiful hotel. It was directly across the street from a gorgeous catholic church. The breakfast was very nice and clean. The hotel and parking area made you feel safe.

I really like this hotel. I wanted something that my boyfriend and I could enjoy for one night and this was perfect. It was close to Downtown Tucson. The pool was a little bit shallow, but the it was clean and the view was pretty. Would recommend.
