The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast kept it clean and well stocked. The courtyard and pool closed kind of early so we could not use them. We arrived after dark and we didn't feel comfortable walking to a restaurant at night but we also had no information about how safe the area is at night. The clerk at the desk said it was safe but we didn't see any other people walking around so we opted not to.

Well run hotel. Staff was very friendly. It opened the usual 6:00 am breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate all of the cyclists (Tour de Tucson) staying there. Much apprecaited.

Overall the hotel is clean with nice amenities (breakfast, pool terrace). However, the reception staff seem to not be trained very well in customer service. I didn’t have any issues personally, but on my 3-day stay I heard two different customers being treated very poorly and rudely by the receptionist, which seemed quite unprofessional.

Overall our stay here was good. It was extremely busy and felt very congested. Breakfast was beyond busy and there were a lot of kids and teenagers there. Parking was easy, close, and inexpensive for the weekend. The elevator system is interesting and a little frustrating. It took a while to catch one and a majority of times they were full. They had a great lobby area and very comfortable.

Extremely pleasant, comfortable and clean hotel. The room was spotless. It had a comfortable bed, nice linens, and the bathroom was large with ample space in the shower. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the convention center and restaurants.
