Housekeeping forgot about us. When we returned and asked for explanation they tried but really failed to explained what happened. They offered compensation and that was positive but overall bad impression remains.

The hotel was lovely, and the room was huge. More importantly the staff was great. Always greeting you and asking if you needed anything. Our tv went out and they had someone there in 5 minutes at 10 p.m.. highly recommend .
