The family can enjoy the large, comfortable seating on the back patio. When you need a break from the heat, step inside and entertain the whole gang with a round of pool, a movie on the TV, or use the free high-speed WiFi to make an itinerary for the next day. Don't worry about having to head out each evening for meals, as the gourmet kitchen will be a chef's paradise with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops to prep ingredients with ease. Not to mention, you can also keep things casual with the brand-new gas grill out back. When it is time to hit the hay, four spacious bedrooms await, all with new bedding that will keep everyone comfortable as the stars come out.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was clean and welcoming. Kitchen was wonderful and supplied with all the dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. that we needed. Most of our dinners were grilled on the BBQ. Outdoor living space was large and beautiful. We had a few questions and one maintenance issue which were addressed promptly. A set of written instructions on how to use the TV would be helpful as would a railing next to the steps to enter the pool. Also in the master bath shower a slip free floor or grab bar would also be helpful. All-in-all we had a great stay.

Nice place. Great backyard, a few negatives though
This place is in a great location- close to restaurants, grocery, recreation. House is well equipped with kitchen stuff, linens, towels, high chair, bouncy chair, beach towels. Decor is very nice, heated pool and hot tub a nice bonus- great backyard space. We had two babies and a toddler, the place isn’t very quiet, you can hear everything from all the bedrooms, hard for naps and sleeping. Overall, the place has plenty of space and sleeping arrangements, just not the best for quiet space. Vacasa- the management company isn’t my first choice to rent from- phone number isn’t anyone local and you have to go thru a process to even talk to anyone. Every time you message them someone different responds from who knows where, no flexibility whatsoever - you get ‘scripted’ responses from them. We’ve visited and rented for over 10 yrs in this area; way easier and much better experience renting from an actual owner directly.

40th Anniversary/Family Reunion
Overall this is a great property! The online description was very accurate. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated while we were there and they were great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the kids loved the pool table. I gave cleanliness of property 4 stars - the inside was very clean and outside, the landscaping needed weeding and some maintenance and we found a couple empty soda cans outside on the tables when we arrived. In regards to communication, I'd sent 3 messages to the manager through VRBO and they didn't respond to any of them. Vacasa manages this home and I was able to contact them eventually through their website. Overall- I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The house was gorgeous. Very big four bedrooms three full bathrooms. Everything worked. The air conditioning was great. The pool was wonderful. The spa was easy to use. The property manager was awesome and accessible. Very enjoyable stay.

Pioneer House
Pioneer house was a fantastic base for our family gathering. Close to hiking trails that suited the diverse ages of our group, the backyard pool / hot tub entertained us for hours each day with evenings dominated by game-playing gatherings around the dining room table. All parts of the home and devices worked with no issues or problems experienced that could have derailed the fun. Thanks for the opportunity to use the venue!

Great vacation home for family/families
Pros: House has a great layout, was very clean and well appointed. Super comfy living room great for relaxing. Pool table provided a fun indoor activity. Outdoor patio, grill and pool area are private and a nice space. Kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, etc for cooking in. Big windows facing the pool/patio make it easy to keep an eye on swimming kids. House is situated perfectly on lot for eastern morning sun and afternoon shade in living areas. Plenty of great restaurants in area and easy access to grocery store/shopping. Cons: Hot tub is not heated unless you pay to have entire pool heated too. This was not clear in the rental agreement nor listing, and was a big disappointment as we filtered out VRBO search to only homes with a hot tub and expected it to be hot. This should be made clear in the listing for future guests. We called the rental agency when we arrived and realized this, but they require 72 hours advanced notice to heat pool and could not help. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet, but backyard/pool/patio area is on busier street, so street noise was sometimes noticeable Overall - would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others
