Overall nice stay
This is hotel is a nice place, but the AC didn’t blow very hard, the security lock on the door was broke, and the room could have used a good deep cleaning. The jetted tub was super nice, and bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really good. Super nice staff and I get safe. Just needed a few fixes and it would have been perfect.

I had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites! Facility was clean, room was cozy and comfortable and quiet. Love that breakfast is included. The property is under construction currently which is a bit off-putting.

Credit card with numbers required
First of all I was required to present a credit or debit card with numbers in the front. Nowadays the banks are not giving the cards with numbers for security. So the clerk asked me to show a debit card with numbers otherwise she would not accept my check in. Fortunately I had one.

The hotel was right off the freeway, and my room looked over the parking lot on the 1st floor. I saw a few staff members who were friendly and helpful. As a VIP - they gave me a bottle of wine at check-in. Would have been nicer if there was at least a choice between red or white. The room was ok, but definitely needed more light, since the curtain had to be kept closed as again it was right off the freeway. There was also zero decoration in the room. Not 1 picture, even a stock photo hanging on the wall. The room was at least clean. I thought I would hang out at the pool, but it was pouring rain so I didn't even go look. Hotel restaurant must only be open for breakfast, and nothing really close and so really only choice was to order in. The staff at least helped with that. I would expect more from a Radisson. There is a Days Inn right next door, that was cheaper, might have been a better option.
