Very practical accommodation, perfectly located close to the port. The room was small, but had everything except a cupboard, but at least some hooks. For single use fine. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Friendly Staff and the best thing is that the hotel is near the City centrum. I was lucky and got a room with sight to the mountains. I was able to see the northern lights from my bed. All in all i had a great time.

Hôtel très bien situé à Tromso, à quelques minutes à pied du port et des restaurants. Nous y avons séjournée notre première et dernière nuit en Norvège. La chambre de la dernière nuit était assez petite, mais suffisante pour une nuit.

Gute Lage, Hotel selbst ruhig, davor verlaufende Straße leider nicht. Sehr spartanische Einrichtung, nichts zum Wohlfühlen. Für norwegische Verhältnisse günstig

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war mangelhaft. Die wichtigste Lampe hat im einen Zimmer kaum Licht gegeben und im anderen wie in einer Disco geblinkt. Auch der fehlende Duschvorhang war störend, weil nach dem Duschen auch das WC und der Boden ums WC herum nass war.

Das "Hotel" vermerkt, dass es Möglichkeit für Frühstück gibt. Das ist falsch: man kann ein Sandwich kaufen und das in der Hotelhalle essen. Im Badezimmer hat es abgeschlagene Kacheln und das Zimmer wird nur alle 4 Tage! gereinigt (und die Handabdrücke von sämtlichen Vorgängern sind ebenfalls im Bad zu sehen). Das Zimmer hat keinen Schrank und keine Möglichkeit Kleider zu versorgen - man lebt aus dem Koffer. Eignet sich nicht für längere Aufenthalte. Man braucht für eine Woche und 2 Personen doch einiges an Kleidern - gerade im Winter. Die Kundenfreundlichkeit hält sich sehr in Grenzen - man bekommt zu spüren, dass es diese Mitarbeiter einen feuchten Dreck interessiert. Es ist mehr eine Jugendherberge als ein Hotel. Wir kommen wieder nach Tromsö, aber nicht mehr in diese Lokalität. Ist der Preis nicht wert und wir empfehlen es nicht.
