La Mata a truly wonderful place to stay
Great little property for our family of five. Perfect location, so close to the beach and with access to a shared pool which was clean and lovely to dip into. The apartment has everything you could need, fully equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine and bbq on the roof top patio (which is very big and the pictures don't do justice). The lower level outside seating has lovely views of the sea and neighbourhood. There is aircon in one of the bedrooms upstairs and in the living room but not in the two lower level bedrooms so if it's exceedingly hot (as it was for us) you may want to invest in a fan. The very short walk to the beach was ideal and the beach itself is one of the best in the area (we went to a few). The apartment even lent us a parasol and chairs to take down to the beach which was very much needed as they're is no shade on the sand unless you're willing to pay for it. The area has multiple beach bars and restaurants, all reasonably priced, and a super market minutes walk away. We'd definitely come back and Mark was a super host, and always contactable if you needed him.

Fantastic stay. Excellent location. Very nice and well equipped apartment, Great location for families. Excellent communication with landlord agent. What could be better ? Maybe additional line for laundry on the roof top and better quality knives in the kitchen. Nothing else. Really good. I recommend it

El apartamento era justo lo que buscábamos, a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. El paseo marítimo es muy agradable y tiene unos pocos restaurantes, la playa con una arena y un agua espectacular, transparente. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, aunque estuvimos dudando porque no tiene aparcamiento y se aparca mal en la zona. La piscina es muy grande (la urbanización también), pero no llegamos a probarla porque fuimos solo un fin de semana y queríamos playa!
