When I checked out I noticed that the final bill had extra charges for a “ facility charge” for each night. This was not part of the original pricing and certainly not explained when we checked in. After questioning it the charges were removed.They could not substantiate what this really meant. When you book a hotel the facilities advertised show as included eg the gym and pool and not itemized as a payable extra. I felt this was an attempt to overcharge a guest. It is lucky I checked my bill. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is within walking distance to the main attractions in downtown Toronto. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean. Would highly recommend.

Very nice location for visiting the CN tower and Blue Jays stadium. Not the cleanest surrounding area, but I did not find Toronto that be exactly clean in general. The info when booking, made it seam like there was a view, but there was not. Our room was nice, despite no view. We looked at the court yard, it was fine.

I picked this hotel due to the online reviews, and I found that all the reviews were very accurate. It’s a nice hotel lotta ambience and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Spent the weekend there with my girlfriend and we will come back again. The heated bathroom floors are a nice touch.

Nish was wonderful! He upgraded my room as a courtesy because I wasn't comfortable with the adjoining room I received. Also, Tom was so helpful when I called to ask for a little bit earlier check-in. The exceptional staff made my stay extra special. I bought their signature 'Soho' umbrella, it's a beautiful umbrella with a wooden handle. It's a great price!

Wonderful experience with all staff. Fabulously friendly folk. First stay here so I have to say I was pretty impressed with the Deluxe King room. Very modern, up-to-date appointments. Huge bathroom with soaker tub and heated floors. HUGE bath towels; and lots of linens provided. Great clothing and bag storage uniquely situated. Electronic blind and curtain controls near the bed. Great sheets and comforter and large comfortable pillows. My only critical feedback: mattress was good, but clearly needed a refresh (sagging some on easiest entry side).

The hotel was really nice.. quiet and very clean.. I had a good night sleep every night.. only complaint I have is they charge you to put a microwave in your room.. it’s a small charge but still. The room should come with a microwave or atleast each floor. I had a great time tho
