It wasn't the most exciting high end hotel but it has great live music in the lobby, the vibe is definitely for older people but it was a good stay

Was a nice huge room with massive bathroom, found a pube in the tub so we never used it just stuck to the shower and the auto buttons for curtains etc. were wonky. Service was amazing but the area around the hotel reeks of urine and i expected more for the money.

Without question, the Shangri-La, is my preferred luxury hotel in the city. Expectations are consistently met and often exceeded. The staff are professionals, who are well-trained and a cut above.
