I travelled to this hotel during the Toronto marathon so I was expecting major issues, but to my surprise it went very well. The underground parking lot at the hotel was full, but there was another one just around the corner on Bay Street. The cafe in the morning was a lifesaver. You order your food in the cafe and they’ll bring it to the lobby where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast and coffee. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

The nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Toronto yet. Parking is a little expensive but worth it (vallet parking) & a very walkable location. Upon check in, they offer us to move up to the higher floors for an additional $25. Also worth it, we were on the 32nd floor & had a beautiful view of the city! Overall, had a great experience & service was great. Thank you for our lovely stay & experience :)
