Hi dear, Hope you’re doing well. I booked standard room with queen bed or king bed $234.95 but they shifted us to lower standard room which is congested and the bed is so bed when you lay down which is $ 106 on Expedia. Secondly, This morning at 9 to 10 AM continuously kitchen smoke comes to my room and fire alarms constantly on and I can’t sleep properly as I do night shift. The staff and reception aren’t so cooperative when I told them but they put the blame on us that we did something wrong just because I am black and Indian. This was the terrible stay. I really need refund as I didn’t want this ever happen to me and my partner. Hope you will understand. Thank you

The room was fine and it was quiet for sleeping. The continental breakfast was not much. We were hoping for maybe waffles and more fruit. We had to clear our own dishes everytime. We have never had to do that at any breakfast that was included in the price and we travel alot. There were to women there all they did was stand there and take the tickets for the breakfast. I was trying to sleep in a bit and the fire alarms went off arount 9am. Not sure what was happening. We were not told there was going to be a test. It probably wasn't the fault of the hotel. All in all our stay was pleasant and we would recommend it expecially for ones needing to stay before or after arriving from airport.
