We had a great one night stay before going to the airport early in the morning. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with a crib and diaper genie for our young daughter which seemed comfortable. The room did seem a little dated with large stains on the couch but the bed was ver comfortable. We were in a classic suite and it was a large room.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel was gorgeous and the hotel staff was lovely. We enjoyed the fact that we could walk to shops and restaurants from the hotel and it was in a very nice area of town.

Great location, but frustrating for the value
The name of the hotel on the Hotels.com website was incorrect and did not differentiate from a hotel that was across the city. So it booked us in error at the wrong hotel. The room was quite dark and difficult to see anything. There was no plug by my side of the bed, so I was unable to plug in my phone to charge. Except in the bathroom. For a hotel of this cost, you would think there would at least be a plug or USB charger beside the bed within reach.

We stayed here for a concert and it was so convenient to walk to Rogers Centre. We were also so surprised to see concert themed decor throughout the hotel and we were blown away by the unexpected welcome gift in our room. Their attention to detail made the weekend extra special and memorable.

We had a great stay! We were in town for the Taylor swift concert. The hotel went above and beyond with a decor on every floor and a swifty lounge, complete with friendship bracelets and a Photo Booth. Walking distance to many restaurants and the Roger’s Center. To top it off, we returned from the concert to find a post concert goody bag waiting for us in the room. Excellent service. Highly recommend
