This waa my second stay. The staff was gracious in accomodating my requests. Rooms are clean and fresh. The TVs HDMI ports could be easier to reach but at least they have netflix

we enjoyed our stay .The room was clean and we had a choice of good toiletries. Breakfast was included which was an added bonus for us. Good value for money .

The hotel was great, however the breakfast left something to he desired and the housekeeping was not good. They only made beds and replaced towels, they didn't actually clean, empty garbages or replace toiletries.

- My room placement on top floor close to the elevator made noise during its dynamics. Changed room away from elevator. Great response time. - Pool was not open nor lobby restrooms. - My second room had distance away from elevators. No noise. Went for a wedding. Conveniently located to the venue. It’s Newmarket, not much to do here other than business or family events. But this was a good hotel.

My room was a few doors down from the elevator. Very early in the morning I was woken up by a screeching and grinding sound that happened periodically. It kept waking me up. And then as the morning went later the noise got more frequent. Upon check out I mentioned this strange noise to the man at the front desk. He said that's the elevator and they cannot do anything about it. He must have took me for a child. This is total nonsense. Of course they can get someone to fix it. They just don't care. I would only stay here again if 1) the price was cheap and 2) They give me a room far away from the elevator.
