I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Maria and the other staff member in the front-desk were amazing and provide us the most incredible customer service, I ever received. They consistently ensure my stay are very comfortable & pleasant. The hotel decor was creative, different and fabulous. We will definitely be coming back. Everything was top notch.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had in North America. From the moment we walked in Zain treated my wife and I like gold. We told him why we were there, and he upgraded our room from the Nina to the Andy; which has never happened to me before. He then proceeded to give us a glass of champagne, which was simply the icing on the cake. Our experience from check in to check out was so amazing that we booked another stay while sipping coffee in bed. The hotel is stunning, the attention to detail is amazing, the bar downstairs is an absolute vibe, BUT; the staff's attention to their guests is what makes this place so special. Whenever we go back to Toronto this will be the only hotel I stay at. Thank you!

What a great discovery in Toronto. The Bisha Hotel is undoubtedly a very chic and sophisticated property. The rooms are big and nice. Well equipped but the team that managed is the best.

Nice hotel, I had to park on the street to find the missing valet. I asked at the front desk and they took care of it but I had to ask if that was a service they provided. Hotel over all is nice. If they are trying to make a real 5 star they need to vacuum the hallways more often. I noticed crap on my floor, in the elevator and on the main floor. I did only stay one night and I would absolutely return to the property. I only had the chance of trying the Japanese restaurant which is attached to the property. Excellent food. Expensive but excellent. Staff there were amazing. The room was very nice, no complaints what so ever. I guess the biggest thing for me was the lack of a valet, downtown Toronto is busy and can be overwhelming for someone not accustom to that type of environment.

I had a great experience at the bisha toronto. Everything was amazing. I was greeted nice with champagne upon check in, shaila reached out to me multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with my room. The hotel is close by to everything in Toronto! The restaurant/bars inside the hotel is great as well. I asked for a certain theme for my stay and they made sure they accommodated it for me along with early checkin! This is hands down the best hotel in Toronto. I will be staying here the next time I come back!
