We were three larger western travellers visiting Japan for a few weeks. We had a triple room without Skytree view. The room was a good size for us and our six suitcases! The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and there are various restaurants and convenience stores close by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were treated very well and I think that was a big part of why we loved our stay. Kinshicho Station is only a few minutes walk away and is well connected. We would absolutely stay here again, this was our home away from home and we just felt so safe and looked after!

Wonderful staff. Very cozy room. Super close to a train hub. About a 30 minute walk to the Tokyo Sky Tree. Lot’s of dining options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely stay at this hotel and would recommend to family and friends. Our room was overlooking Tokyo SKYTREE, so beautiful specially at night, the room is clean, the room was big and the staff are amazing. The train station is walkable for about 5 minutes. We just walked to skytree for 20 minutes. I love everything in this hotel!

This hotel was amazing. I would absolutely stay there again. It was close to train stations as well as had a number of convenience stores around it. It was quiet around the hotel but close enough to the train station that we were able to get around Tokyo extremely easily. The hotel rooms were a great size, the staff was amazing - they were helpful and friendly. There were mini fridges in the rooms. I would highly recommend and I will absolutely be staying there for my next trip.

Tobu Hotel is excellently located in Sumida, very near to Kinshicho station which is also really well-connected to many public transit lines. The hotel staff, quality of service, and rooms themselves were fantastic, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Pretty decent hotel if you are looking for something in a little quieter area. A little closer to Narita airport than other areas. Room was pretty big for Tokyo and breakfast had quite a bit offered.

I would've given this property a 5 star. The only issue I had was the sky tree restaurant. Good food and drinks but why did I have to order my food with the hostess? When I sat down at my table I realized I was treated differently than a few Japanese people who were sat down first and given a menu to order their food. I feel like I should've been treated the same since I am a guest and that was the first question I was asked from the hostess. Also when I go on vacation and stay at hotel or resorts I'm given a phone call to ask me how am I enjoying my stay at the property or if there was anything I needed or if I had any questions. Besides all that, this hotel was good and I would recommend anyone to stay here
