5 stars for the solo traveler
The hotel staff are so welcoming, accomodating, and friendly ! They speak fluent english, and flexibility and advice are great! I had to extend my trip an extra 2 nights due to unfortunate circumstances, and they were happy to assist with my changes. The free beer hour is nice ! This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling through tokyo. The pods are very spacious, wifi is fast and reliable, and it is located nicely where walking is easily accessible to see local hotspots. 100/10

Great experience
My first time in a capsule hotel and it was great - front desk are nice and knowledgeable. The washrooms were clean. I’m 5’4 and I found the beds comfy but if you’re taller and need more space when sleeping, then this might not be for you as the pods/ beds are a little small.
