Hotel was very convenient for transport to airport and other areas of tokyo. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Great customer service and amenities. Best shower I've had at a hotel, perfect after a busy day.

We stayed at the B Ginza after arriving following 24 hours of travel. We arrived at 2am so the 24 hour check in was very appreciated. (We did have a small language barrier miscommunication when originally double checking the check in times, but it was easily rectified.) For us, it was the perfect part of Tokyo for our first couple of days, as it was slightly quieter and more manageable than other parts of the city. The hotel is very near lots of places to eat and drink and lots and lots of shopping, though we didn’t really have time for that. We asked for a food recommendation for our first day and the receptionist recommended a local ramen place which was exceptional. Easily our best meal in during our 6 days in Tokyo! She also told us where to find cold medication - we went to Don Quijote which is a whole experience! It was easy to get to public transport and to walk other places. We really enjoyed the Aquarium Museum locally and several bars. The hotel is small and busy but clean and cheerful. The rooms are pretty tiny but that’s just how it goes in Tokyo, the bathroom was good. We greatly appreciated the welcome drinks in their little bar/ restaurant and the free coffee in the lobby. There were also free pancakes, but unfortunately jet lag meant we weren’t up in time. It’s a little expensive for what it is, but again, that seems to be Tokyo. Ultimately, it was a great first place to ease into and enjoy Tokyo.

Great stay, convenient location
The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street within walking distance of the train station. The room was clean and the customer service was excellent. There are 2 small coin laundry machines. If you are intending on doing laundry, you might be waiting a while.
