Room size was relatively ok for a Tokyo hotel. As with most Japanese hotels, it was very clean and well maintained. One issue we had was the pillows were way too soft and offered almost no support. We were given a pack of baby toiletries each day, which included a hanky. This was an excellent touch for families with young kids. The location was great, as Sunshine City is literally joined to the hotel. However the metro is pretty far away. Staff service was excellent, from reception to the restaurant. There is also a counter that specialises in luggage forwarding. Overall a good experience.

Very central location for shopping & recreation activities; airport bus transportation directly to and from hotel either from Narita or Haneda. Also many amenities for location of the hotel such as 24 hr. Food Mart; shopping mall complex; entrance to subway train station; amazing aquarium, etc.

Convenient!
What a great location! The hotel is located right in Sunshine 60, giving easy access to the mall and to local transit. Staff was incredibly friendly with checkin and checkout. Most comfortable bed I stayed in within Japan. WiFi worked great, and conveniently has a stop for the Airport Limousine Bus right outside for easy access to Narita and Haneda. Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to end our trip!

Very good stay
This is a hotel for tour groups. It is a good hotel very good location to get the subway. Great breakfast. Fun to see all the young people in the attached mall. Many restaurants and shops. Went early a few days before my tour started visited places in Tokyo. Stay on a high floor and it was moved over for the tour. High floor was better. Comfortable small rooms

You just can’t beat the general location of this hotel. It’s a 10-minute walk from the train station but it’s a nice walk with various stores and restaurants along the way. Our only gripe was the wait for elevators in the mornings…easily a 10-15 minute wait every morning to leave your floor. Other than that one detail, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location and convenient stay. Walking distance to both Higashiikebukuro station and the main ikebukuro station. City like surrounding areas and walking distance from Sunshine 60 street. Highly recommend.

I choose this hotel as is near the dialysis centre for a family member.walkiing to Ikebukuro train station is also easily accessible. One day when rain heavily, we get to shop at sunshine city mall without leaving the area, which is a bonus for tourists.
