We like it that it offers a free crib for our baby. Walkable and quiet area. The downside is that the room feels small. Not very convenient on the weekends since many shops are closed on the weekends.

Centrally located with easy access to train stations and a reasonable drive to Haneda airport. Highly recommended for the western style breakfast available here, especially if you're traveling with little ones picky about what they eat.

I really enjoyed my stay at Shiba Park. It is very conveniently located particularly if you arrive at Haneda. You can take the monorail directly to Hamamatsucho and walk like 15 minutes to hotel. From there, transportation is easy as there are several other metro stations nearby. There are plenty of convenience stores within a block or 2. There's a nearby Starbucks and a Mcdonalds and plenty of other places to eat. The area was very safe. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing customer service
Great hotel with very good customer service and close to 2 subway stops. Most importantly I left my credit cards in a taxi and the staff were amazing in tracking them down and organising for their safe return.

Wow what a hotel! It took us by surprise when we checked in. From cleanliness to amenities to excellent service, the hotel was a great place t9 start our journey in Japan! Great location with lots of places to eat close by and two stations for transfers around the area. Also Tokyo tower is a few minutes away! Thank you for everyone there that made our stay so wonderful.

Shiba Park Hotel was a wonderful place. The lobby is a scenic library filled with books and an indoor fountain. It felt so calm and peaceful. The staff were all polite and friendly, very professional, with a good degree of English. Our room was spacious and well maintained too with a bathtub and large TV. Great all around. It is right beside Tokyo Tower and has nearby train stations to get anywhere in the city quickly. We'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel has a 100 history, of course modernized, with a very classy art-oriented setting. Has a nice library in the lobby area with classical library furniture that allows a relaxing setting. Not your typical Ginza area hotel with so many tourists. For those seeking a relaxed stay, this place is it !
