Everything we wanted to do in the area was walkable or easily accessed by public transportation within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had beautiful views of sensoji and sky tree directly from our room. Sensoji is a 5 minute walk, there were a plethora of dining and shopping options. This hotel was the perfect location.

The Richmond International is fabulous! We’ve stayed here several times: the location in Asakusa is convenient, the breakfast is amazing and the views of the Skytree and Sensoji temple are wonderful. We could even see Fuji-San covered in snow from our 12th floor window this morning.

A phenomenal stay. The Richmond Premier International was great throughout. Plenty of dining options just within the building itself and hundreds to choose from right outside of it. The building was clean and in tip top shape. One of my favorite things was the water dispenser and access to a laundry washer and drier. Made everything super convenient, no need to get extra bottles of water when you can just refill with hot, room temp, or cold water! My only gripe and it isn’t necessarily towards the stay itself, it’s a building feature and as I alluded to earlier about the dining within the building itself, there’s also shopping. So the main elevator to get to the Richmond is shared with getting to those same shopping and dining options so sometimes during peak hours, you’re waiting longer than usual for the elevator to come down. Other than that, and I know the hotel can’t necessarily help that, I think the stay was great.

The team at reception are all so friendly and helpful. They are one of the best assets of the hotel. Location is great. Go downstairs and surrounded by shopping and eateries. Room was small but that's Tokyo. It was clean and we were provided with matching pyjamas, sheet face masks, a free coffee machine in the lobby, free welcome drinks between certain hours. They have a luggage delivery service also so you don't have to organise it yourself as the lovely staff take care of it for you. My 11 year old son said he felt like it was a 5 star hotel. We would definitely book again.

The hotel location is brilliant with it being right next to the main shopping strips in Asakusa. The rooms are on the small side and the walls are very thin- people outside the rooms can be heard very easily. The staff and service is great!

Hotel is located on the 5th floor of the building so it’s quiet. Very safe area with lots of shopping and dining options. Also only 1 stop to the Tokoyo skytree by subway. There is complimentary breakfast each morning. The hotel staff will still do basic cleaning to clean the room (even if you do not select to have housekeeping) Such as taking out the trash & making the bed. I loved That there was complementary items such as toothbrushes, mouthwash, razors for hotel guests to use. Rooms are a bit tiny but that is the style in Japan. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

The view from our room on the 12th floor was absolutely phenomenal!!! I also appreciated the complimentary drinks/snacks in the evening. Location was great for both the Senso-Ji area, the Sky Tree, and train station access.

Definitely a nice hotel in the heart of Asakusa. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean with all the amenities you need. As others have stated, the dryers are not amazing but it's nice to have a cheap coin laundry on multiple floors.

Front desk staff was nice enough at check-in and the dining room staff was pleasant in the mornings during breakfast. Fair selection of items at the breakfast buffet but, then again, I’m not a big breakfast eater. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. Amenities were also readily available in case you forget anything (toothbrush, comb, etc). Hotel was in a great location with plenty of shopping (Uniqlo, GU, JINS, 3 Coins, etc) and places to eat, all within walking distance. Best of all, Sensoji was only a four minute walk and I was able to visit every morning after breakfast. Yamato luggage delivery is also just around the corner from the hotel, maybe a 0.3 or 0.4km walk. I should’ve asked if they did luggage delivery FROM the hotel but it really wasn’t a big deal walking my luggage down the street. Rooms were clean and roomy enough for two people. Toiletries and PJs were provided so I purposely didn’t pack these items. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great.5min walk from Sensoji but staff is the best part of this Hotel.I had to interact with different staff at different times as I extended my reservation twice and each person at the desk was wonderful. My room (13th floor) was exceptionaly clean.Not a single issue in the room.Housekeepers were very friendly and polite as well. All staff at this property needs recognition
