Pleasant family stay.
Stayed here for 2 nights with kids. Everything worked out well. Kids loved the welcome drink and snacks. Breakfast buffet was great with sufficient number of choices. Would stay again.

The location is very convenient. Almost everything you need is just right there when you step out of the hotel. The hotel is also very quiet and safe. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staffs are friendly and helpful.

There wasnt anything i didnt like,the sraff were all lovely and helpful,my single room was clean and tidy and cleaned every day. The breakfast each morning was top class and really tasty,the location of the hotel was fantastic and so close to everything you would want to do wether it be to eat, shop or just be a tourist! This was such a great hotel! Uniqlo in the same building and 4F was filled with delicious places to eat. Donki very close by! Transportation also close. Great area to be in! Will definitely book again!

Excellent location with many nice food. Uniglo is right below the hotel if anyone needs to buy last minute clothing. Definitely will recommend Richmond Premium Hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The location is everything! It’s in a mall which has restaurants, shopping stores and a rental place for kimonos as well. It’s right in the center of Asakusa and walkable to a lot of great places around! It’s a perfect stay for us first time visitors to Japan. Lots of free amenities provided as well and a free welcome drink!
