Worst front desk in our years of travel in Japan
Front desk was terrible. Also refused our request to speak to a manager or supervisor. No accessible room was available to us in spite of our early request when making reservations.

T building customers also oaid their stay in the hotel, it is not free! the tea provided is so tasteless & there isn’t any coffee too! There are so many new 3 stars hotel provide free amenities, good quality tea & even free coffee & the price is even cheaper than this hotel.. i will NOT recommend this hotel

All about location! Across the street is train station and 1st and 2nd floors are eateries and department, supermarket stores. Room was tight but had 4beds and had a clean, new shower.

My stay was excellent. The customer service was fantastic and my room was super clean and tidy. I love the onsen in the hotel. This is my second time staying in this hotel. I will definitely book this hotel again if I am staying in Tokyo.

Stayed here many times. This time I found out a scale placed outside the storage room. It's so great they're keeping to improve their facilities even they're very good already. The 1st time I used their laundry facility. I used 2x¥100 for drying in an hour. Not a short time, but I still appreciated for the totally dry clothes. Perfect !

It has a great (convenient) location, close to the JR station which is next to Shinagawa, there are many restaurants around the hotel, grocery store downstairs. The room we stayed (Twin room) is big enough to spend one night. Very clean. There is a big locker room that you can keep your luggage until check-in time. I wish that there would be clear information on the street where to check-in. I didn't expect that it was above the grocery store!
