Overall the hotel was great. Nice reasonably priced buffet for breakfast, free coffee tea and snacks in the afternoon, close to the train station, a nice quiet walkable neighbourhood.

It’s a decent option for an overnight stay before your next stop or if you’re on a business trip and need to be in the Tokyo station area. The rooms are quite small and the hotel gives a vibe of a lodge than a 4 star hotel. Hence, the rating of 3 stars as I’m comparing it to an equivalent 4 star hotel which it quite frankly doesn’t feel like. The location is definitely a plus as it’s walking distance to kanda, Otemachi station and Tokyo station. Also, there are a couple of 7-11s just down the road. There isn’t much to do in its immediate vicinity.

Excellent location just 200mtrs to Otemachi station which is connecting 5 lines. Great service, very helpful staff.Room size was fine considering Tokyo standards. Break fast was sad though. Will stay again.

This hotel was conveniently located within a short walking distance to a few subway stops (Kanda and Otemachi both about 5-7 minutes walk, and Tokyo station about a 10 minute walk). Check-in was easy, they do offer express in/out option at a screen also. The staff spoke English well. There is an amenities station by the elevators and you need to ask reception for a skincare set if you want. Good selection of items available! The room was on the smaller size as expected based on the description so was not concerned. Only one size of pyjamas provided (bottom fit like a Canadian size 6 but the top was like a size 12). Housekeeping did a great job each day. Pillows and mattress were comfortable! Did not try the breakfast, viewed and was not to our liking (small sandwiches, eggs, hot dogs, salads, etc). Overall a great hotel and would stay again!

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was the most helpful, they went out of their way to help us and answer our questions. Hotel was within walking distance of Tokyo Station, not many restaurants. And it would have been lovely if there was an English speaking channel on tv
