Washroom too small, difficult to use
A bit far from Tokyo station Room is very small but it is expected in Tokyo. But the washroom is so tiny and not for a normal size human But it is clean and front staff is very nice

Good location but petite room
It is very convenient for Tokyo train station and subway lines to the airport. The hotel is very well presented. The staff allowed to leave our luggage before check-in and they all were very kind. There is a common area with drinks hot and cold that it is free for clients. The room was very small, basically the size of the bed against the wall on one side and it had a bathroom. We only stayed one night but it could be quiet uncomfortable with the luggage if staying more nights. No wardrobe or space to peave the luggage other than under the bed. There are conbinis and restaurants nearby and 10 minutes away from Tokyo station.

i was staying at the hotel one night, because I was flying early the next morning from Haneda airport. So only one night, but it was a very nice hotel og the staff was kind. the bed was good.

Fridge wasnt working which caused my expensive medications to expire due to needing to be refrigerated. Told them the fridge was not working and they did not replace it. Tiny and crammed hotel

We needed a place to rest on an overnight in Tokyo. This hotel was perfect! It was quiet, convenient to the metro, and just what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the soap/shampoo in the bathroom was the best smelling product I've ever smelled at a hotel. The room was not big, but had everything we needed for a nice, comfortable, place to sleep. And we got a great night's sleep!
